Deon and I are still rolling along! Thrilled to share that we’ve posted two more episodes of our, The FadeAway with Deon Thomas and Eric Schmidt.
We promise not to be ALL Illini ALL the time, but yes, these are two more Illini-centric episodes. The first one is with Nancy Fahey, the new Women’s Basketball Coach at the University of Illinois. She’s had an incredible career at Washington University in St. Louis and is ready to scale her success in the Big Ten.
The next episode we posted is with former Illini Assistant Coach Jimmy Collins. Coach Collins is also the winningest coach in UIC history, and has some great stories to tell about recruiting Deon, as well as what it takes to be successful recruiting players out of Chicago.
